The Entranceway

Featuring:
• 16”x16” tile that seamlessly transitions to hardwood
• Heated flooring that extends into the bathroom and laundry room
• Stained Douglas Fir interior doors
• Authentic Barn Board siding t

The Great Room on our Charleston Lake Build

Featuring:
• Authentic mortise and tenon timber framing
• Stained Douglas Fir timbers and pine ceiling
• 6” Hickory floors with a wire brushed finish
• Stained pine baseboard a

Siding Package is complete ✔️
Clients wanted a rustic exterior to blend in with the surroundings. To achieve this we sourced various materials and stained it all in house

Bottom half: Locally sourced rough sawn white cedar board and batten

Lots going on at this project.
• Electricians and Plumbers are on-site
• Windows and Doors going in
• Natural stone columns complete
• Up next: Board and Batten + Cedar shakes
